A digital preview for Pferred, by Sea Grape Labs

You built an impressive business. Imagine the digital side built the same way.

Pferred specifies, negotiates and delivers FF&E for projects across the country, and you built the website yourself on top of all that. This preview shows what happens when the digital side gets the same expertise you bring to FF&E: a website that sells the work, a portal clients love, and a dashboard that takes admin off your plate.

Everything here runs in your browser with clearly labeled sample data. Nothing is live, nothing is sent, and nothing about Pferred's current systems has been changed.

Three guided scenarios, about a minute each.

Pick one and a small guide follows you through the pages, pointing at the control to use and showing what changes on the other side. Each one resolves a real business problem from beginning to end.

A

Win a new project

Homepage to inquiry to priority to proposal to a project with the contact and files carried over.

B

Help a client make a decision

Two chairs side by side with photos, cost and a schedule flag. Approve, then watch the PO get issued and acknowledged.

C

Resolve a delivery problem

A damaged rug at receiving: photo, claim, replacement tracked to installation, client kept calm throughout.

You run Pferred. I’ll handle the digital side.

You don’t need to become a web developer, SEO expert, AI expert or software developer. You already have a business to run.
You tell me how Pferred works. I build the technology around it.Discovery first. Decisions about what to connect or replace come after we understand your workflow, not before.
Easier to discover, easier to understand.Visibility means making Pferred’s services and expertise clear to the people searching for them. No promises about rankings or AI recommendations, just a site that explains the work well.

Built around your workflow

  • Nothing in this preview assumes a tool you use today has to go.
  • Quotes, purchasing, accounting and files can connect to what you already like.
  • Where something is painful, we build a better version. Where it works, we leave it alone.

What a real build adds

  • Private sign-in for each client, with their projects only.
  • Inquiries, approvals and messages that actually reach you by email.
  • Real documents, real tracking numbers, your real manufacturer list.

What works in this preview, and what is simulated.

Works right now

  • Inquiry form validates, shows chosen file names and creates a sample inquiry that becomes a dashboard priority.
  • Owner dashboard lists today’s priorities with working actions: review an acknowledgment discrepancy, start a damage claim and track the replacement, send a reminder, protect an expiring quote, issue and acknowledge a PO, set follow-ups, assign, add notes, send a proposal and create a project.
  • Client portal shows what is needed, what changed and what is next; visual side-by-side decisions with photos, finishes, full cost and an automatic schedule check; ask a question or request another option; orders by status or by space; receiving issues; documents; punch list; and a timeline that records all of it.
  • Reset demo in the top bar restores the original sample data.

Simulated for the demo

  • No emails or notifications are sent. No files are uploaded anywhere.
  • The client portal opens without a login. A real portal uses private sign-in; this demo storage is not security.
  • Product photos in comparisons are representative crops from Pferred’s gallery, standing in for manufacturer cut sheets.
  • Projects, clients, orders, prices, dates, manufacturers and analytics are sample data, labeled as such.
  • The case study uses Pferred’s real photography with a sample storyline, to be replaced with a confirmed project.

What do you use to run Pferred behind the scenes?

Optional, and not a test. This is how I learn how you work so the technology fits you, not the other way around. You are not designing software here, just describing a normal week.

The goal isn’t just to build Pferred a better website. It’s to build Pferred a digital platform worthy of the company you’ve already built.
